The French seem to get a lot of things right. Especially architecture.
Eduoard Decam was featured today in an article on bldblog.
Unlike the picturesque setting of the T.V.A dams which hide behind trees and rocks in order to cloak there abrasive treatment of site, Decam's work refuse this idea. There is no subtlety and it is refreshing.
